Course Overview

This course introduces the practice of embodying yogic practices, teachings, and realisations. 

 

Level 3 is for those who seek to express their learnings and integrate their yoga knowledge off the mat and into their daily lives. 


This course incorporates philosophical teachings, daily meditation, and ongoing support through online course medium.

Course Schedule

  • Daily Meditation:  Daily meditation for minimum 1 hour 

  • Daily Morning Lectures:  Yoga philosophy lectures and Q&A

  • Special Workshops:  With Guest Speakers

Committed to continuous self-growth, practice, and study.


Genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity to listen and learn, practice, and transform.

Keen to learn new skills as part of a daily practice in yoga, self-
development, and community engagement.

Serious about improving health and wellbeing - physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Prepared to observe the yogic rules and regulations for the duration of their stay, especially with regard to drugs, alcohol, and casual relationships.

 

Committed to practicing a minimum of 28 hours of leva (selfless service) each week
