The retreat includes daily morning and evening yoga and relaxation classes that integrate a variety of yoga methods, as well as morning and afternoon philosophy, discussion and journaling sessions to assist in integrating the ways in which yoga can support anxiety, depression, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
Facilitated by Sarah Ball – counsellor, social worker, art therapist and yoga teacher and trainer who specialises in mental health and positive body image through yoga.
