A two night weekend retreat focusing on you, slowing down + coming home to you, where all the good stuff resides.

Over the weekend you can expect to explore different types of yoga, meditation and breathing exercises that help us work with our struggles and stresses.
Learning ways we can apply these techniques to our daily lives to find peace + joy + calm.
