About the Course
The Radiant Child Yoga Program includes a comprehensive teacher training handbook, Fly Like a Butterfly: Yoga for Children book and Children’s Yoga Songs and Meditation CD by Shakta Kaur Khalsa. The course qualifies as credit hours for RYT certification through Yoga Alliance. A certificate is given upon completion and opportunity to be listed on www.childrensyoga.com.
About the facilitator
Siri Mukta is passionate about working with children and families. The birth of her first child highlighted the need for spiritual and nurturing activities for children. She chose to combine her own love of yoga with teaching yoga to children and adults. Siri Mukta is the founder of Yogibee, a company dedicated to helping adults and children be yogic in everyday life. She has been teaching and advocating yoga for children since 2002.
Siri Mukta is a qualified Communications Practitioner, Radiant Child Yoga Program Teacher Trainer, a Kundalini Yoga instructor (KYTANZ member) and a RCYP children’s yoga teacher (Level 1-3). She has also completed Yoga for the Special Child Level 1 training with Sonia Sumar.
